I-Beam Curtain Wall: A type of curtain wall system typically made from mill finished extruded aluminum. Curtain Walls are used in multi-span applications with various infill materials. Infill materials can range from monolithic or insulating glass, to aluminum panels or stone. Finished interior trim is typically applied in vision areas only. The I-Beam Curtain Walls are generally bolted or welded to the edge of a slab. I-Beams feature individual components that are delivered for field installation.
