The Riverview project consisted of two condominium towers - 27 and 33 stories respectively. Arcadia provided and installed an I-beam type aluminum curtain wall system with composite aluminum panel and zero-sightline operable windows. We also furnished a custom pre-glazed sliding glass door system for the balconies as well as fixed and operable punched windows set into combination brick and precast . Arcadia overcame logistic and material challenges related to the integration of high-rise masonry construction and glazed aluminum curtain wall.
